Who we are
Naquadah Labs is a team of senior architects who design, build, and operate AI systems for European businesses. We started this company because we saw a gap: the big consultancies charge EUR 250K+ and send junior staff. Freelancers build prototypes nobody can maintain. Neither approach works for mid-sized companies who need AI that actually runs in production.
When you engage us, you get the people who designed the solution doing the implementation. No handoff to juniors, no offshore surprises, no sales teams. The architects are the company.

The name "Naquadah" comes from science fiction — a foundational material that powers advanced technology. It's a reference that rewards insiders without excluding outsiders. It signals what we care about: foundations, not facades.
